How do i Cancel or change my order?

Made a mistake while ordering? For one-off deliveries, you can cancel or change your order before it leaves our retail store by contacting Customer support through this email info@theaquaticvault.com

How do i return an item(s)?

If you find that you're unhappy with an item you've purchased from us, we have a hassle-free returns policy as well as a dedicated support team to make everything right for you. Simply send us an email and we can assist you. Please note that no credits or refunds can be given without first speaking to our support team via email.

What if the warranty period expired?

Please contact us at info@theaquaticvault.com . We are happy to discuss the solutions available.

What happen if my product is faulty/broken?

If the products arrive broken or become faulty due to any reason, we are happy to replace it as long as it is still under warranty. Please send a video or image to our Customer Support team; info@theaquaticvault.com

Do we have to paid for postage if when we received a replacement products?

It is only when your case has been approved, our customer support will waive your postage fee.

How can i check my orders?

When you place an order online at the aquatic vault, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order through our courier service. Check our Shipping schedule for delivery time estimates, or if you think there might be an issue, feel free to contact us via email info@theaquaticvault.com

Why do i received a discount voucher/coupons ?

As our valued customers, we at the aquatic vault will be sending discount vouchers/coupons to our customers to spend within our our store. This is our way of thanking you for supporting us.

*Maximum discount is 10%, can only be redeemed on your order per transaction and will only apply to a cart total over $100.

How to Redeem the discount voucher/code in the website?

To redeem, simply enter your coupon in the relevant field (Discount) in the checkout section and click 'Arrow', simple as that. The Aquatic Vault voucher and discounts are only valid for one use per household.

Can i use multiply voucher/coupons at once?

Unfortunately you can only redeem one voucher/coupon per order

Can we pick up from your retail store?

Because of this current situation, we allow pickups at our retail store in a covid safe manner. This allows us to minimise contact as much as possible during this COVID-19 pandemic.

What happen if the products is out of stock?

If the item(s) which are not available when your order is created, we will work hard with our suppliers to get this to you as quickly as possible.

If you don't mind a short delay, we will continue to work to secure your stock and send them to you as soon as possible. If we are unable to have your product/items after 7 days, we will automatically cancel the unavailable items in the order and provide a refund.
